Favorites of my Diet...



Veggie soup....Pls dont think I have added some cream/paste for taste ;-)....nothing....fry onion & tomatoes in very little olive oil/butter...add veggies....add water & salt...bring to boil....add pepper....(you can add any veggies....I add any 3 from my fav list-- carrots, beans, green peas, mushroom, bell pepper, broccoli...)

Lemon honey in lukewarm water

Browns are always good...Here is India's own brownie...Raagi(finger millet) with a touch of low fat milk...breakfast cannot be made better....;-)
