Natural Vegan snacks - Protein + carbs/fiber

My primary source of protein for meals is from eggs or meat. But all my snacks include vegan protein with a fruit/vegetable.

(Just want to mention about quinoa(pic not here)..Quinoa is a very good source of protein for veggies. I eat it instead of rice for lunch...goes well with almost all south Indian gravies)

Some of my favorite snacks here...One natural protein & One natural carbs/fiber

Half of a lengthy Banana + Peanut butter - Best healthy option to overcome sweet tooth

Half an Apple + Chia seeds pudding (soak chia seeds in almond milk for 6hrs and add little honey)

Oranges + Nuts(almonds, walnuts & raisins)

Greek Yogurt with grated cucumber & carrot (Some raisins on top which makes it yummier)

                                      few Apple slices and black berries + sprouted moong

Kiwi + boiled Black beans (it can be Kidney beans, black eyed beans too..I just cook one type per week)
