Brown rice-Lentils-veggies "Adai"

As the name sounds its "all" healthy recipe.

Lets see the recipe:



Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of brown rice
  2. 1 cup of Lentils------half a cup Toor Dal, quarter cup of Channa Dal, fill remaining quarter cup with handful of Moong Dal and Urud Dal
  3. handful of chopped onion
  4. Fav veggies----I used tomatoes, beans & Spinach
  5. Red chilies 7 to 8
  6.  little Fennel seeds
STEPS:

Step 1: Soak Brown rice over night
Step 2: Soak Lentils for 3 to 4 hrs
Step 3: Grind them together with with Red chilies and Fennel seeds
Step 4: The flour should not be delicate. When you touch it you should feel the coarse particles of ground rice & Dal.
Step 5: Add chopped Onions and veggies to the flour
Step 6: Heat the pan or dosa tava and make like dosa.

Adai is ready!!!....Serve it with coconut chutney.
