Healthy Colorful Breakfast


Here is a Healthy colorful Breakfast idea.....

Easy to make, tasty to eat & healthy to start the day....



I have not given quantity measurement here because its dependent on how much u need....You can proportionate based on the need & taste.....

Ingredients
1) Plain low fat regular yogurt or Plain low fat Greek Yogurt---My choice is Greek yogurt for its rich protein. If you are adding regular yogurt just add a protein supplement in the breakfast like 
2) Fruits of your choice---I added just strawberries. 
3) Honey
4) Use flakes from K Special or Honey Bunches. It should be Wheat or Oat or Rice flakes---not corn flakes.
5) Almonds

Steps
Step 1: Cut the fruits into small pieces and coat it thoroughly with honey. Keep it aside for 15mts.
Step 2: Take a glass cup as the translucent nature makes the recipe look beautiful.
Step 3: Layering:
            Layer 1: Keep a scoop of yogurt. layer it throughout the bottom so that it covers the bottom.
            Layer 2: Add the honey coated fruits as mentioned in Step 1.
            Layer 3: Add the flakes on top of fruits. 
            Layer 4: Make final layer with almonds....

DONE!!!....take a spoonful from the bottom and enjoy each layer....
