My home workout set up


Here is a quick glance on my home workout set up....I love using them and they add more value to workout at home...Being a mom and working woman I don't have time to workout...but I make time for it...


(From left) 1. Workout mat, 2. Kettle bell 15lbs (I call it little demon),  3. Dumbbell pairs(12lb each, 8lb each, 5lb each), 
(In front of the dumbbells) 4. Resistance band
(Behind dumbbells) 5. Stability ball

**In my target to buy---Medicine ball and Leg weights
