Ingredients:
- Banana
- Peanut Butter (ensure to choose unsalted/unsweetened natural organic peanut butter...My choice is Trader Joes's brand )
- Dark Chocolate with 75% to 80% cocoa Good ones are in Wholefoods)
Steps:
- Cut Banana into slices
- Apply peanut butter and arrange as shown.
- Melt Dark chocolate in microwave
- Glaze melted dark chocolate on top of banana-peanut butter pieces
- Freeze for 20minutes.
