Dark Chocolate glazed banana (with peanut butter)

I have a sweet tooth(I know many of us)...One of the ways to control sweet tooth is to "giving it a little"...Yes eat little of what you crave...PERIOD...

Its difficult to make desserts or sweets healthy....but this one is healthy!!!

Its 3 ingredients - No cooking quick snack..."healthy & sweet"




Ingredients:

  1. Banana
  2. Peanut Butter  (ensure to choose unsalted/unsweetened natural organic peanut butter...My choice is Trader Joes's brand )
  3. Dark Chocolate with 75% to 80% cocoa Good ones are in Wholefoods)
Steps:
  1. Cut Banana into slices 
  2. Apply peanut butter and arrange as shown. 
  3. Melt Dark chocolate in microwave 
  4. Glaze melted dark chocolate on top of banana-peanut butter pieces 
  5. Freeze for 20minutes.

Ready to eat!!!...Don't overeat...:-)
