This is an attempt to make Pizza completely Indianized & healthy....
Crust : multi-grain chapathi
Toppings :
must to be : Onion, Tomatoes, green chilli
any one/two : Mushrooms, olives, black beans, spinach (love the spinachi one mmmm.....)
For Binding(& protein :-)): Eggs(1 whole & 1 white),
Cheese: Cottage cheese
Sauce: None
Step 1: spread onion, tomato & green chilli in a plate & microwave for 1 minute
Step 2: spread mushrooms in a plate & microwave for 30secs
Step 3: Break eggs into a pan. Add the ingredients microwaved in step 1.(note: We are not adding mushrooms. We dont want them to get overcooked..)
Step 4: Mix them well and add little salt. Let it cook for few secs
Step 5: Put the chapathi on tava & let it cook for few secs. (just half cook...we dont want it to turn hard)
Step 6: Turn the chapathi to the other side & let it cook for few secs. (just half cook...we dont want it to turn hard)
Step 7: Add the cooked topping in step 4 on one of the sides.
Spread microwaved mushrooms (in step 2) on top of the egg & other ingredients layer .
Let it cook for few secs
Step 8: Once topping is set, turn & cook. Now give a smooth press so that the ingredients settle well.
Step 9: turn back and sprinkle shredded Cottage cheese
Done!
