Spinachi Mushroom cups is a 10minute prep-time clean snack...
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms - 6/7 no.
- Spinach - a handful
- Cheese - as needed
- Powdered black pepper - as needed
- Garlic(optional) - 3pods
- Salt
- Coconut oil - 1/2tsp
Steps:
Step 1:
Clean mushrooms and remove stems to make them cups.
Heat the pan - add some coconut oil and put the mushroom cups...Sprinkle pinch of salt and powdered black pepper and toss for 2mts...
Transfer the tossed mushrooms to a plate.
Step 2:
In the same pan, add the grated garlic. Once slightly roasted, add spinach and cheese. Add salt and powdered black pepper as needed
Cook in low flame.
Step 3:
Now fill the cooked spinach-cheese in mushrooms.
Place the mushrooms in the same pan - I am mentioning same pan because the cheese left over in the pan will coat the upper side of mushrooms - Let the filled mushroom cups sit for 2 minutes in low flame.
Now ready to serve hot...enjoy the healthy snack...Treat yourself...
