Butter milk - spiced up!

Traditional Indian spiced up butter milk used for soothing/cleansing the stomach. It helps in digestion and cools down the body heat.

 

Ingredients:
  1. Low fat buttermilk
  2. Little of below
  • Ginger
  • Curry leaves
  • Green chili
  • Black pepper(whole)
  • Cumin(whole)
  • Salt
Steps:              

Step 1: Crush ginger, green chili & curry leaves.



Step 2: Crush black pepper and cumin.






 Step 3: Add them to the glass of butter milk with Salt.


Step 4: Mix well
